Not for heavy eye makeup
I like dramatic lashes so I used LOTS of different eye makeup removers. It's not scary, but no better than a pharmacy. My favorite remover is quite expensive, so I tried less expensive options. It's not terrible, but it's not great. The positive thing is that it didn't irritate my eyes even after 4 soaked cotton pads.
