It just didn't work. Twice.

The first drive I got just didn't recognize the disc I put in. Not even a hint. It's okay, I think anything can happen if I exchange it for a new one. The second KNOWS there is a disc. but 3 different BRD software packages could not get the drive to read from the disk. Unless it is a gift for someone you genuinely hate, do not purchase this product.
