Two things. Partly because of the way the radio connects, but it's very difficult to connect when it quickly disconnects. Second and most importantly, the part that connects to the radio is cheap plastic and broke when I banged it on a chair. It just so happens that the return date has already passed, so now I'm stuck on a $100 product. I will never buy again.
