defective out of the box, last socket has short in wire

Defective out of the box. The last socket has a short in the wire. When the wire is moved, the bulb turns on/off. See video uploaded.Putting aside the quality issue, the design appears to be intelligent, with eyelets for fasteners placed on either side of each socket. The 14-foot length is good for many patio-type installations, and with 11-watt bulbs you can string up to 8 kits together.But the quality issue makes all this moot. Who wants to go through the trouble of hanging lights that won't work properly?
