Review on LG 29WP60G-B Ultrawide Screen with Wall Mount, Borderless Design, Anti-Glare Coating, 2560X1080 Resolution and 75Hz Refresh Rate by Ben Crenshaw

Good monitor with great specs for the price

This is a great entry-level monitor for those looking to increase their productivity. I mainly use this monitor to help with college classes and work with spreadsheets. I'm using a 13" MBP. I've seen some other reviews that said this monitor won't charge your MBP or Windows laptop, that's just not true. I'll say the inverter in the monitor isn't powerful enough, to keep the MBP fully charged when the MBP is heavily loaded.Another complaint I saw in some reviews was that when watching movies or streaming content, the picture didn't completely fill the monitor because the There were black bars on the screen. Not for me, maybe it has something to do with windows and mac. I am very happy with this purchase, the display looks great, the colors are accurate. I will say that this monitor with some more geared towards gaming in terms of its features and interface, I still find it very useful for general activities.
