Review on Brightech Halo Split Torchiere Standing by Gordo Prince

We've been moving and refurbishing this year so this was the 5th brightech lamp we bought this year. Four of the 5 lamps were different models/styles. All lights arrived on time, were well packaged (ie no damage), assembled in minutes and worked great. Everything looked exactly as shown in the ads, no surprises. Some are almost a year old and continue to work flawlessly. All purchases are accompanied by an automatically generated email from the owners asking if everything is ok with the product and the buying experience. My point is that they have an instant feedback system to identify problems (but we've never had to use it, so can't say how effective it can be). For example, a finish that looks more expensive up close than some of their curved lights, which are made from extruded plastic (so they can bend). I keep the lit portion of the "halo" facing the wall to soften the light - it's bright. In our experience, all of our Brightech bulbs work well and look MUCH more expensive than they are.
