Nice little gadget when you need to cook something quickly without messing up the stove. I mainly use it to boil an egg or two at a time. Cooks both sides and usually gets the job done in less than five minutes while I get other things done at the same time. My eggs are fluffy and delicious. I don't even need to use cooking spray or oil. The egg never stuck to it. I just wipe it down with a damp paper towel while it's still hot and then let it cool before removing. I love the red color and the ease of use! I also use it when traveling or camping. If your car has the right plug, as many do these days, you can easily plug it in for a hot lunch or snack. What else can be cooked or reheated with it? It's good to be creative. Small piece of meat/hamburger, chicken breast, vegetables, etc.
