I have been using these as a UPS courier for almost 8 years now. They are amazing. Comfortable but you need to find the right size. They don't work well if they're too loose, and they're really uncomfortable if they're too tight. They're not the warmest gloves, but they're enough to make a world of difference on those cold days (supplement them with hand warmers that stay in your pockets to keep your hands warm) and they hold up cardboard so well that it's ridiculous. I recommend them to all my colleagues who ask for them. These things were a life saver during winter night shifts. They can be used with a touchscreen, but sometimes you need to use your phone in subtle ways. It can be difficult to use with gloves on, but it works well enough that I rarely have to take them off to use my phone unless I need to type a complicated text message. These things last forever too. I buy three pairs at a time and buy a new set every two years if I don't lose a single pair between winter seasons.
