I bought it on better days so I got it for less than $100. This is a great little monitor. The color is good, the picture is clear, it was EASY to put it on the stand and connect it to the laptop! Unlike the Dell monitor which I had to return due to connection issues. This is a beautiful monitor. Tone is another matter. I thought it was cool that it had built-in speakers, but they're tinny and awful. I disabled them in favor of the laptop's speakers. It could sound better with headphones. But if you just want a second monitor with good resolution and ease of use at a great price, I'd highly recommend the Sceptre.
