This toy is great! It allows you to do so much more than just pretend and strum. It has many features and is the perfect size. Great to develop fine motor skills, listening, and creativity. Good across a broad age range and can grow with your little one as their skills improve.It has the modes so you can play along with programmed tunes or you can play chords using the fret buttons choosing between acoustic or electric. It even has a whammy bar which is so much fun to play with. The strings create a realistic strumming sound when you play them - so cool! It has minimal volume control, two modes. It can be a bit finicky and if you don't hit the strings hard enough sometimes they don't play. Others complain about battery life, but haven't had this issue yet.Very fun toy that is well made, durable, and will certainly pique the interest of a future musician!
