Terrible battery that lasts only 10 minutes or less (review revised)

I thought this would be a comparable battery to the Greenworks original one. I bought it as a spare so I can use it while the other one is charging but I was very disappointed after the first 3 or for uses. It loses the charge very quickly (in 10 minutes or less).5/16/2019I am revisiting this review. The company reached out to me and offered to replace the defective battery with a new one and I commend them for the excellent customer support. The new battery works perfectly.

The battery is difficult to remove from tool.

Cons

The battery takes forever to charge and it doesn’t last too long
