Review on Purishion 2X Universal Flexible LED Turn Signal Tail Brake License Plate Light Integrated For Motorcycle Bike ATV Car RV SUV by Ryan Marx

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Discreet headlights for motorcycles and power athletes

I had the intention of installing them on the saddlebags of my 2019 Indian Roadmaster as additional turn signals and brake lights. I hooked them up to a load disconnect so I wouldn't have a problem with the electrical canbus system putting out any codes with them. I connected them with waterproof connectors which I also got here at Revain in case the saddlebags need to be removed. There was a way to solve them without removing them. I attached one to each side of the saddlebag and one to the back of each saddlebag. The turn signal function overrides the brake function. If you check it and try to apply the brake, it may flash red briefly between flashing amber turn signals, but the turn signal takes precedence. I also tested them with flashers. When properly connected to your system, they will flash with your turn signals for turn signal functions as well as directional functions. And then on with the brakes on. These are not daytime running lights. Only brake light (red) or turn signals (amber). The fit and finish seems pretty good and really to be expected for the price. I haven't noticed any obvious areas or issues with anything that may not be waterproof due to exposure to the elements. The brightness I saw left a lot to be desired from other reviewers. Daytime visibility in direct sunlight can be very difficult. I don't use them as primary turn signals. But for the brakes and indicators, I would still like a little more brightness. I might have to investigate that in the future, but for now I'll see how they hold up. I decided to give 5 stars but maybe I would say 4.5 because they are not that bright. Your wires are very thin. Probably at least 24 gauge wire. So be very careful when deleting them. When stripping the outer black jacket that surrounds all the wires, be careful and slow so you don't accidentally strip or cut any of the inner wires. You could probably use your fingernail and fingertip to strip those flimsy wires and connect them to something. I was able to use some waterproof shrink butt connectors to connect them to the 5 pin waterproof connectors I got for them.
