The filter comes in an unmarked box, was damaged in transit or before the fins were straightened and is overpriced but will have to buy it when available. The Kokofit air purifier works great, filters will be hard to find until November 2021. After contacting customer service they apologized for the damaged shipment and sent me a new filter free of charge. This goes beyond what most companies will do. The Kokofit air filter works great, changing the filter was my only complaint. 5 star customer support
