Update: light still working longer than a year later but haven't used it as much as i thought i would because of the concern of eye damage with kids and also the kiddos messing with it and my plants. So i switched to ceiling hooks to hold my plants and succulents cause they stay alive longer without needing much sun. Hopefully one day when the kiddos grow older ill be able to have more house plants!This is perfect artificial sunlight for the small time planter like me and definitely WAY BETTER THAN I EXPECTED! It is adjustable in every way from the bottom legs all the way up. So you can put it at any height you would like(see pics for size details, it is super tall) It has a button feature on the cord to turn it on and it also comes with a remote. With all lights like this, there is a risk of eye damage so I wouldn't look right at it and if you do you should wear sun glasses. If you have kids like I do i would suggest running it at night on a timer or in another room. But I'm just starting out planting in my home and I love this cause it's so flexible and can be brought out and used and easily folded back down and put away. I have never been able to keep plants alive In my home because there's never enough sunlight coming in, so I'm hoping this helps. I will update after I test it out for a long period.
