I like that it is easy to use as well affordable if you are just starting out with localization or not even in business yet but would want your product localized by professionals who understand how important this process can be when launching products worldwide! The support team could definitely improve their communication skills so more people know what they're doing before contacting them about any issues/questions regarding translations etc., however overall experience was very good - friendly customer service reps always willing & able help solve queries related localizing software / apps (even though sometimes there's nothing wrong per se).
