From the description and the price I thought I was getting a solid ladder. This ladder was small, the steps too close together for a tall person. The item's design and weight were inadequate for a 350-pound man who decided to step on it for fear of falling. I can't imagine more than 400 people trying this. It is also very very difficult to open and close.
