I like that it's easy to use. It helps me to keep track of my contacts and their information as well as the leads I have generated. It's very simple to navigate around the site and there are lots of useful features. I haven't found anything I don't like about the program. It's quite good software and I highly recommend it. I am able to easily generate leads for my business and keep them organized. I also have an easy way to keep track of all my prospects and what they're interested in so I'm able to send targeted emails and follow up appropriately.
