Very nicely packaged and comes with everything you need. However, you have to make sure that the hair you want to straighten is right inside the teeth of the brush, making it almost impossible to get to the root of the hair. You can't just "comb" your hair with it because it doesn't grab the hair, so extra work is required to get the hair into the comb. He does an excellent job of keeping the hair properly styled in the comb; it becomes perfectly even, but it takes a long time (much longer than my iron). I've had other straightening combs that can be brushed through and straighten out as you brush. I thought these teeth would be more like a comb and grip better, but they're rounded so they don't grip. Although very impressive packaging.
