I got this because after about an hour of research it looked like the best epilator and I trust Braun because I've been using their electric razor for over a year with great pleasure and the results let you tell me first that it hurts a little; but not too bad, and she didn't feel the pain in her armpits that she was used to. As a result, the beauty ritual lasts an hour + 20 minutes or less; much less awkward postures, no more tiring concentration for long periods, getting rid of pain faster instead of dying a thousand strokes. Now she doesn't have to be ashamed that I can go to her, bothered me because it's a lot quicker and easier that it's a less embarrassing experience now (it shouldn't have happened but I'm glad it's gone is!) She even called it funny and talked about it a few times. days and look forward to using it; it is one of the best gifts I could give her because it is useful to her; and the attached appendices were helpful tools. She hasn't tried the scrub yet but is very excited to try it and is pleased with the results after a few days. All in all a great product so far.
