I don't know what the guy is talking about, maybe he needs a new test kit. I tested Hanna po4 and the po4 reduction with LC Green Agent is exactly what it says on the bottle when used at the correct dosage. However, you have to be careful with the product and slowly dose it just before the skimmer or filter sock. And just to back up my opinion, here's a photo of the tank I'm using it in.
