Buyers beware of computers and accessories

When I took it out of the box, the first thing I noticed was some rust on the bottom, I didn't mind as it should be on the bottom. But when I took it out of the box to assemble it, the paint was peeling on my fingers. You tried to cover the rust with paint but the paint is peeling off. We got this for my kids so not very safe.
