Review on πŸ”Š Enhanced 12 Inch Classic Beehive Subwoofer Speaker Grills for High Excursion by Tim Ram

Great protection and a very professional look!

They worked great! Very solid and professional looking. I put them on a pair of Alpine subwoofers and they look great, not cheap at all. At first I was worried that the basses might make a lot of noise, but as long as they're rolled tight, everything's fine. Great protection and well worth it so your subwoofers don't get stabbed. TIP: The ones I received only had 4 holes in the lid as opposed to the picture which shows 8 holes in the lid. When installing, first screw the subwoofer into the box using the top, bottom, left and right threaded holes (as a plus sign). Then add this cover and screw the other 4 holes (like X). The reason is that if you do it the other way and your subwoofers aren't perfectly level, the two screws next to each other will be misaligned and it will look weird. If you do it the way I mentioned, it doesn't have to be exact, but it still looks consistent. Look at the photos and you will see.

Pros
  • Measures exactly 12.75 inches in diameter. Screw to screw spacing is 8 1/4 inches
Cons
  • boring packaging
