Used on my 12" American Bass subwoofers. Not installed yet. They feel very durable. Upon unpacking, the only issue was how the grate connects to the plastic ring. One of the plastic connectors wasn't even screwed on. I'm glad about that because I decided to take my tea to them and grind them. One day the grill went out. Ground the attachment points of the plastic rings flush. I find it much better when the rust rests on the plastic ring. Without protruding fastening clips. I also feel that this

Great protection and a very professional look!

They worked great! Very solid and professional looking. I put them on a pair of Alpine subwoofers and they look great, not cheap at all. At first I was worried that the basses might make a lot of noise, but as long as they're rolled tight, everything's fine. Great protection and well worth it so your subwoofers don't get stabbed. TIP: The ones I received only had 4 holes in the lid as opposed to the picture which shows 8 holes in the lid. When installing, first screw the subwoofer into the box…

Pros
  • Measures exactly 12.75 inches in diameter. Screw to screw spacing is 8 1/4 inches
Cons
  • boring packaging

The metal looks like regular steel to me, it's tough so it does its job well and the shape of the design really works, it (barely) fits my 12" Pioneers and my subwoofers don't even thump at full power (500W RMS with BassBoost set to +8dB and my EQ set to my hip hop preset with max digital bass boost). Overall the plastic is cheap, doesn't hold up well, I don't think even glue was used and the metal is rough. The screws provided would not fit my speakers either as the speakers themselves were…

Pros
  • Long throw design allows high power subwoofer to move up.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
