Needs more padding on back

This is a regular bag but nothing special. Let's start with what I like and then move on to what I don't like. I love its stylish look with its geometric design and black hardware. The outer and inner material is absolutely waterproof and very easy to care for. Just take a damp cloth and wipe it clean. This one has many pockets. Outside there is a front compartment with 3 insulated bottle pockets and a side pocket, one for tissues and one for a water bottle. Inside there are 2 stretch pockets on the front, 1 stretch pocket on each side and 2 zip pockets on the back. There is also a shelf that closes with Velcro to create 2 tiers for more organized storage. The upper level is accessed from the top of the bag and the lower level is accessed through the zipped area on the back of the bag behind the straps. There is enough space to put everything you need. Stroller straps are attached to the back of the bag so you can attach it to your stroller without having to carry it on your back. I like that it has a USB charging port. One of the inner elastic side pockets holds a cable for connecting to a portable charger, while the outside has a charging cable port. This is a very handy feature when you're on the go. Now for the things I don't like. Firstly I ordered dark blue and there is no blue at all in this material. It looks like dark grey. Then the description says it looks like faux leather but it's completely wrong. It is PPU plastic material which is smooth. The tissue pocket on the outside is useless as you have to leave the tissue pack open to get it out of the slot. If you do this, they will dry out very quickly. The backpack straps are not soft enough and become uncomfortable after a short time. There's also no soft, breathable mesh lining where the backpack meets the back like most other diaper backpacks. It's terrible in the summer because the back sweats a lot. Finally, the internal zippers are of poor quality. One of them broke within the first week of using the bag. In general a good diaper bag but not top either. It's not worth the price of $43. I would not get it again.
