Awkward design solution

CRI (Color Rendering Index) is a very important criterion for light bulbs. The reason I got the Sengled E12s is because they were the only smart E12s I could find with CRI>80 (they're supposed to be CRI 85); other Smart E12's have a CRI of 80. The reason I returned them is because I found out after purchasing that they only work with a hub. Bought hub. Sengled support said that the hub needs to be configured if it is connected to ethernet and then moved. It's not relevant. The hub will only work when connected to Ethernet (the hub must be wired to your internet box). to get far (and that's a problem if your internet hub is far from the room where the lightbulbs are). Also, the Sengled app doesn't work properly. Summary of my experiences: * The application randomly did not see a certain light bulb [I tried several times and in each round the app saw 2 to 5 out of 6 light bulbs, but each time it will see/not see another light bulb ]. And if the app can't see all the bulbs you've entered before, the app freezes, can't go forward or backward [You can undo everything and start over, which I did, a few laps; vain]. I've spent over two hours connecting lightbulbs to the app via the hub with no success. Unfortunately I had to return them and got smart E12s with CRI 80 that actually worked. Without hub.
