What a terrible product! I bought it to wear to a costume contest but never wore it for two reasons. First, it has to be for a woman or a teenager. I'm a size 12 and can barely get it on my hips (and I'm not all that hip and don't have a big butt!). The dimensions on this are terribly dated. However, I was able to handle it because I managed to pick it up in the end. What was even worse than the size of this pack was the smell – yes, SMELL! I can't even describe to you how awful it smelled, but it was clear the manufacturer or where it came from knew about it when it was shipped because I noticed that in the bag that the pack came in, there was a small fragrance was pouch. Unfortunately that didn't help because the pack still smelled awful! Coming back from vacation where I was originally going to wear the tutu it was time to go back so I was stuck with a smelly tutu that didn't even fit. What a waste of money!
