Review on 🏌️ White Voice Caddie VC300SE Voice Golf GPS, One Size (VC300SE_WH) by Jasneet Jazzy

Received it a little over a month ago and tried to use it for the first time yesterday. The device fully charged and updated, but didn't stay on. When turned on, it says the battery is 100% charged and that it has found a golf course. Then it suddenly crashed and none of the controls worked. I restarted the device several times during my round, each time with the same result. Unfortunately, I bought it more than 30 days ago and cannot return it. VERY disappointed and upset. UPDATE: Contacted support to resolve the issue and were told the initial update must be done on a PC NOT a Mac. I was told that neither the website nor the instructions mention this. After the update on the PC, I tested the device today and everything works fine.
