I have bought Romanoff turntables in the past and they have been great. This one had a better star rating and was cheaper, so I took three of those instead. There was an error. First, they smell like tire mounting. I left them in the garage to air out for over a week and they seemed fine so I put them in my closet. In no time the whole pantry smelled like a tire shop. I really don't want that smell getting into my products (yes, plastic water bottles, cardboard, etc. are very permeable and absorb odors). In addition, the rotation is very rigid. Since it took me so long to let her go, it's probably too late for me to get her back. You are given. I just ordered a Romanoff.
