I am a certified personal trainer and have been doing it for over 15 years. I bought this item because, to be honest, I liked the look of it. I was excited when my package arrived. The shoes fit well and are just as trendy as in the picture; however, the problem is solved by its inflexible construction. The heel is so stiff that the shoe does not flex when walking and does not adapt to the normal walking movement. It's like slapping your feet on the floor for lack of a better description. These shoes are not designed for training or sports. You'd think they could do it right with the money I paid. These are not cross training shoes.
