Bought recently and returned in 3 days. It seemed very promising that Belkin added support for Firefox, something we didn't like about previously purchased 8-port versions of the same product line. A new 16 port came in and we set up a local video/keyboard with a static IP address. Then when we tried to access it via Firefox (or IE 7/8) we were logged out after about a second. Then the same thing happened with local access. Call technical support at the number provided in the instructions/inserts that came with the product. This is where our nightmare begins. The support call went to a far country and after noting and checking the regular name/phone/email a few times they decided it was a business class product and another support team themselves should take care of it. Group. So the call is forwarded to another group. Same exercise - name/phone/email confirmation. Unfortunately, despite the fact that we told them we tried both local and remote access, and we logged out in both cases, they kept asking us if we were using IE5 or IE6? Finally they pushed us to level 2. Level 2 people said the product was new and they needed to research it. You will call us back the next day at the latest. Half a day has passed, the next day we decide to call and we get a new ticket with a new reference number! Wonderful. After spending a few more seemingly endless hours with Far Far Away support, we decided it was best to return the product and remove Belkin from our company's Approved Device Vendor list as we were having many issues with some of their Wi-Fi Routers had, other KVMs. We made our final decision based not only on this product, but also on Belkin's experience over the years. We have an internal tool with two buttons next to <supplier name>: happy
