At first I loved him. Now a few months later.
When I first received this chair, I liked it very much. I'm 6ft tall and it's impossible to find a comfortable task chair for a tall person that doesn't break the bank. I really thought that was it. Now that I've had it and been using it every day for a few months, the chair is slowly lowering the seat. It's completely unnoticed until a few hours pass and I adjust the height of the seat to raise it a few inches. I have to do this several times a day. There was a way to contact the manufacturer to fix the problem.
