*Photos show same pair, bought 4 months ago, I've only washed one boot to show you how it actually looks. Other shoes: I tried 5-6 different Skechers. that have a safety rating and this was my first choice. I've reviewed older models (77055 Cranton, first released in 2014) and newer models (77183 Greetah, released in 2018?). The higher the style number, the newer this pair and the less time it has been lying dry somewhere on the shelf. Greetah is my number 2 only because when I walk I feel the bumpy rubber bottom prongs which are better suited to mostly uneven surfaces and I work on flat hard surfaces and the toe cap/guard metal doesn't feel a bit soft enough for my toes. I haven't tried 77123 (Delleker) but I might try my pair. Product: Style 77068 BKCC, Black/Charcoal Suede, Red Sockliner, Alloy Steel Toe Cap = ASTM F2413-2011. I/75 C/75 shock and compression standards. Feel/Cushioning/Sole/Step/Size: The walls of the shoe are very soft and give my foot a comfortable feel. The midsole is memory foam that flattens when you stand and expands when you step on it. I would definitely recommend a second pad if you REALLY want to feel like every step is like a pillow. Or an arch support sole if you need it. I bought my normal shoe size and the shoes fit me perfectly. The toe box does get a bit tight with my second insole, but that's to be expected and will go away if I crush it while walking. The toe guard on some boots cuts into the toes, this pair doesn't have it for me. Quality: I wear these shoes for a 50 hour week, each day spending a few minutes on gravel/quarry stone and red clay, then the rest of the day on data center floors. The shoes showed no signs of damage/tearing/flattening. There have been reports of heel padding tearing from excessive donning and doffing of the shoe, causing the bottom sole to separate from the rest of the shoe. Just test everything out and see if your usage level leads to the same shoe flaws as these folks. You can also find a neon green color scheme if it suits your workplace. The suede is easy to wash as shown in the photos. Final recommendations: get the style/model number and how old it is, use a Revain wardrobe if possible to try 3 pairs at a time, hang around with mixed pairs to see if a pair left or left you right feet please. Highly recommend you the second insole as the plush sole feels.
