Review on 🔪 Fällkniven Dual-Sided Ceramic Sharpener by Tracy Heidebrink
I loved it but like a little unhappy with the impossibility.
Having owned and used the Falkniven DC4 for some time and loving it as a sharpener for all my knives, I love it but am a bit dissatisfied with not being able to sharpen my knives well after adjusting the blade have the DC4, well now that I have a CC4 with essentially the same dark gray brushed sapphire impregnated side now sandwiched with a very thin white ceramic side I am head over heels in love with this sharpener! While you can certainly buff your knife blades with a belt soaked in polishing grit, that little double-sided rock will almost never give you a sharp, hair-raising blade. I love this sharpener! Did I say I liked it? :D :D :D
