Review on Acer KA220HQ 21.5 inch Viewable Monitor: 1920x1080P, 60Hz, Tilt Adjustment, HD Display by Eric Butler

This is an excellent monitor with a clear weakness in its electronics. It worked for us for several days, then the HDMI port died. We sent it in for warranty service and to the credit of Acer they fixed it (replaced motherboard), tested it and sent it back to us fairly quickly. This went on for a few more weeks before it stopped working again with the same problem shortly after our power flickered. Ah ha! You speak. nutritional problems. Okay, but why weren't all the dozens of devices in the same room with the same power affected? An Acer monitor exhibits a weakness or sensitivity not found in other devices. Acer needs to spice up its electronics. I'm switching to another brand.
