The RAM was advertised as Patriot Viper 3 Series, Black Mamba, DDR3 8GB (2x4GB) (PV38G160C9K) which is CL9 RAM and actually says it on the sticker on the product box. The same, but the RAM package itself and the stickers on the modules themselves inside the box are actually the Patriot Signature Line (PSD38G1600KH) CL11 model with timing, a completely different level of quality and not an advertised product. Not cool. The false label is misleading at best and a scam at worst. I'll try to post a photo showing the apparent discrepancy. Aside from the "mismatch" it arrived on time and it's at least 2 x 4GB DDR3 RAM so at least they got it right.
