Review on 🔌 Convenient ELEGRP Receptacle Charger for Samsung Android Devices by Pius Aponte

I bought this (ELEGRP 30W 6.0A 3-Port USB Wall Socket 15A Socket with USB Type-C Type-A Ports USB Charger for iPhone, iPad, Samsung, UL Listed LG, HTC & Android Devices with Wall Plate 2 Pack White) Ready to install a few months ago. But when my electrician went to install them, the bolt on the hot side that holds the electrical cord in place just turned endlessly as if not tightening to hold the cord securely. My electrician said it was unsafe and understandably refused to install it. I don't know if the thread broke or what, but I can't take it off to see. In any case, the device is unusable, which is a shame because it is exactly what I need and looks great. I'm just out of the returns window and can't see any other way to contact the seller so I'm hoping they see this and get in touch.
