So one of my favorite seniors lives home alone and has an oxygen concentrator at home. His biggest fear is a power outage in the middle of the night because he has to find a spare tank and connect a hose to it. We hid flashlights everywhere but depending on where he is if the power goes out he might not be able to access it so I gave him one to try. First, he LOVES the night light feature. It helps him when he gets up in the middle of the night for the diuretic treatment he needs to take for his heart. Enough light to go about your business. And now he's sure: If the power goes out, he'll get to the oxygen tank. I'll get another one for him and another one for another elderly person I know. Personally I don't need it because I can just ask Google to turn on the flashlight, but try teaching this to an 80 year old.
