Review on 💪 ASRock B550M-HDV: Supporting 3rd Gen AMD AM4 Ryzen & Future Ryzen Processors by Jose Moran

This is a 5 star board for what it is, basic and high quality. Chipset B550, check. PCI-e4? Check. M.2 NVME? Check. Basic overclocking features? Check. AsRock (ASUS) quality? Check. Good price? Check the validation. I rated it 3 stars because only 2 dimming slots, only one m.2 NVME, only one full-height PCI-e slot, no RGB, no WiFi, minimal built-in fan connectors in not the best spots, less than for double the price, you can get all of this in the AsRock B550M Steel Legend, which is still a mATX board. So if you have a mATX case you can get it all without a full ATX board but this is perfect for those on a budget. Money well spent when you need to keep it under $100.
