I gave it a 4 but for quality it should be a 5. 4 because in my scenario they are not ideal and it is difficult to adjust the shaft diameter. All chairs are different and I have a steel hole that the wheel stem fits into. They are a bit narrow but tape wrapped around the stem about 5 times did the trick.
