I got this product for free to test and here's what I think: This product is really durable, it actually has some weight. It is exactly the same as on the box, same size and quality. I really like that it stays cold so you don't have to put it in the fridge or freezer. I have puffy eyes and migraines and sometimes use it to relieve both. You can also take it apart for cleaning, which I like, just be careful as I don't know if that's the intended purpose. I haven't noticed any major changes on my face due to skin changes or lymphatic drainage but it's definitely a good product to add to your skincare routine, it feels luxurious and the cool feel of the stainless steel is the best. I also love that it's made from recycled materials and is 100% recyclable!
