I bought this unit to replace the unit that has been hanging on my bathroom door for 20 years. The old one worked but all the decoration was damaged. Therefore, when renovating the bathroom, I decided to replace it. When I got the new block I installed it and it was very difficult to block. The locking mechanism stuck and was very tight. It was inappropriate. I sent back a replacement which I received very quickly. I installed a new block and had the same problems. I was wondering how many people gave this 5 stars. I thought this was the biggest junk ever made, so I launched another comeback. This time for a refund is not a replacement. Before sending it back I decided to take a picture and try to oil it. I filled it with WD-40 and it works great. Just remember to lubricate the internals well before installation.
