While I consider myself an expert when it comes to buying online, I was very let down by the SKOANBE website. It was difficult to locate the items I needed because of the interface's clumsiness and complexity. The filtering options and search feature are both inadequate. Furthermore, the purchasing procedure was annoying. The website was unresponsive and frequently crashed, forcing me to start over several times. There weren't a lot of shipping choices, and the estimated delivery time was significantly longer than with competing online stores. In addition, support for customers was inadequate. I contacted them about some issues I was having with the website, but they didn't respond or provide any workarounds. It was clear that they had no plans to enhance the website's usability. In conclusion, the SKOANBE online store is not one I suggest using. Customer support and the overall user experience are both poor. There are a lot of other online stores that are much easier and more efficient to buy from.
