was delivered without screws. I didn't have time to wait for another pack so I bought several at the right price. The pins were longer than my Trimark latch they replaced and I had to clean the latch area. It doesn't have the same footprint as a trimarck, so it takes some gunk to remove the old gasket. The piston is cast iron, not real steel. Therefore, as with the Trimark, latch durability is an issue. it closes well with a firm click. Having a key is good, but if you lose the key, only the latch can be opened from the inside. After some use, I found that the inside handle was blocked by the screen door, forcing me to grab it with a finger on the bottom edge. and the inside grip isn't the most comfortable either
