Review on Restaurant Magic by Troy Jennings

It has been easy for my staff members to use. The application is very user friendly making it easy for them to learn how to navigate through all of its features. They also love that they get immediate notification when there are changes made by management or myself. I dislike nothing too much about RM as far as what we have implemented so far. We are seeing great results from implementing our new scheduling system. We're able to see exactly where an employee works best at each time during our shift rotation, which leads to more accurate staffing patterns.
