I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.
An honest radiator for your money, perfect for Hong Kong or not very hot Intels. It copes with its tasks, the platform is flat, the valve is quiet. Apply thermal paste correctly: I overdid it at first and the processor did not cool well. The second time I put a drop in the center, pressed it and everything was a bunch. Perhaps the complete thermal paste is not very good, the second time I applied some old one from aerocool
