We have owned the Blink security system for a few months now and it is working well. We installed 6 cameras to cover our entire property. We didn't want to drill our gutters so we ordered a Fintie Silicone Case for Blink XT2/XT Camera - [3 Pack] Premium Silicone UV Resistant Protective & Camouflage Case for Blink XT2 & XT Home Security Indoor Outdoor Camera – Black $10.99 USA and it simplified installation. The cameras have been through quite a bit of rain and so far they haven't minded. We programmed it to turn on at 10pm and turn off at 6am to conserve battery power. We are retired and at home during the day so we don't need to wear them. The camera gives us a clear view of everything that is on our territory, animals and the like. It also has a feature that allows you to talk to anyone who might be at your door or anywhere in your home where they shouldn't be. It's affordable and we love that we don't pay a monthly fee to any company.
