Purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. He opened it today as his gift he used it once and it worked. Turned it off to go inside for five minutes and turned it back on to ride it again and it will not turn on, plugged it in to the charger and the light on the charger will not stay on. Considering the cost of the product it is beyond ridiculous that my grandson only rode it once. Clearly the product is defective and not worth a dime. Filed a warranty claim on the Swagtron website and states that it can take 24-72 hrs for someone to get back to you and the fine print at the bottom of the claim states the following: Terms and ConditionsPLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW.Our representatives cannot issue RMA numbers over the phone.
