Not quite the backpack I want

Advertised as a backpack but the straps are extremely uncomfortable for normal everyday wear. It's literally just a thong, no pats, no thickness. That might be fine for those who just wanted a backpack option, but I wanted a real backpack that I would use every day, with straps that wouldn't dig into my shoulders. This bag is not bad. It's nice, but it's just not what I was looking for.

Pros

Versatile: Magnetic closure makes it easy to take out and put in, adjustable shoulder straps means it can be used as a shoulder bag, purse, tote bag, handbag, and backpack.
