Pretty good protein drink with 11 vitamins and minerals to support the immune system. The powder is very fine and easily dissolves in a liquid (skimmed milk in my case) with moderate stirring. No lumps or grainy texture. The taste of chocolate is good. Pretty smooth and tasty drink. It comes in a large plastic case wrapped in plastic to protect it from unauthorized access. Refill has an expiration date of approximately 11 months. Overall I love this protein drink. It is soft and pleasant to the taste. Vegetable and gluten-free. Free from dairy, soy and added sugar. Contains tree nut (coconut).
