No support, no arch, & no cushioning, flat, and sizing is wrong – 1.5 stars

These are very flat insoles with absolutely no support or cushioning and no arch. Also the sizing is completely wrong. I take a size 9.5 to 10 shoe and the medium is rated for 8-10. It comes a full 1.5 inches beyond my foot. Based on the sizing, I should not have to cut this down at all. I do not like these. Also, the current price of $29.97 is way too expensive for such an insole.
